 A highly scientific personal trainer with a deep comprehension of anatomy and biomechanics coupled with a comprehensive sports background. A successful track record of evaluating a client's physical fitness, understanding their needs and then developing a practical and achievable workout routine for them to reach their target.

Having 20 years experience in the fitness industry, Chris is internationally certified in CPR, Premier Level 2, Premier Level 3, Level 4 Master Trainer and Training for Warriors Level 1& 2. He also has a vast physio-therapy background having achieved the following certifications: Level 3 Sports Therapist, and Low Frequency Ultra-sound.

Chris is PTLLS certified to Train the Trainers as he has completed the following certifications: A1 Assessment Qualification, A1 Vocational Qualification; he is also an Internal Verifier with Active IQ.

In addition to being a Personal Trainer, he is a Group Exercise Instructor for Boxercise ETM, Circuit Training, and Body Pump.

His expertise brings to Oxygen Gym a high level of standards and knowledge through international experience. Jalil received 4th place in the Bahrain’s Body Building Championship for National Day in 1998 and in 2006.  He has been in the fitness training and body building industry since 1996.  His areas of focus are in fat reduction, preparation for body building competitions, and nutrition counseling.   

He works one-on-one with clients to examine, design and implement a specialized training program, including strength, balance and weight loss training.  His training programs will really boost your metabolism, shape up those sagging areas and improve your overall figure.
